To Whom It May Concern:

During the past thirty years of leading public and private companies in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer, I've had the opportunity to work with many different public relations professionals. Brian is one of the most talented PR people I have worked with.  He has many noteworthy qualities, but I want to call out two in particular.

Brian is an excellent writer.    Every week found him sending out a press release, getting a letter out for the sales force to use, writing an article for the employee intranet or crafting a speech for me to deliver.  He was constantly creating content and his creativity can be seen in places ranging from the tag line we use for our company  to a story he wrote that was published in the Wall Street Journal.

Brian understands how to leverage content to squeeze out every drop of value.  He made sure that press releases and media coverage became sales tools.  He made sure that analyst coverage got into the hands of the media.  And then he packaged all the media and analyst coverage into nominations that helped us win several industry awards.   Of course, then he took those awards, created news events and leveraged them back to the analysts and started the whole process over again.    He achieved an impressive volume and quality of results.

Working with Brian has been a great experience for me and I highly recommend him.
